Established in 2018, Stone Harbor Development, LLC specializes in acquiring, renovating, and repositioning single family and multi-family properties throughout Southern California. Stone Harbor Development, LLC aims to source acquisitions both on and off market and utilizing design expertise to create a differentiated product that meets the demands of today’s demographic. Stone Harbor Development, LLC looks to quickly reposition assets for between two to five months and targets high returns for its investors. Our principals have been investors in the real estate market for a combined 20 years. With their first-hand experience of construction and renovation, along with valuable connections in the Southern California real estate market, the potential is endless.

Daniel W. Stone
Managing Principle
As Managing Principle and Co-Founder of Stone Harbor Development, LLC Danny is in charge of the day to day operations of the firm. Danny’s past experience prior to starting Stone Harbor Development, LLC he spent four years in Class A professional and medical office development and ground-up construction. After that, for the past twelve years Danny has run the Estimating, Operations, and Business Development for a Nationwide Commercial General Contractor based in Irvine, California – where he still currently resides today.
Lauren Stone
Project Manager & Designer
Lauren manages, coordinates and directs subcontractors on site throughout the renovation process. She also forecasts and determines work that needs to be done to ensure on time completion. Through the process of renovations she incorporates creative design and layout to appeal to future buyers. Her background includes over 10 years of marketing and business management.
